It was really nice to have a good shower at night and clean up after a long day of riding. Somehow, the sleep is also better. We decided to start early since we would have to ride up to the Cameron Highlands as we wanted to arrive before nightfall. So breakfast was fixed for 8am.

Coffee, tea and the butterflies. They all have one thing in common…a sleepless night. Last night was one of those. I found it hard to sleep because of the butterflies. Despite a relatively difficult rough night, I woke up this morning even before my alarm rang. So butterflies or not, the trip was upon me.

What to pack?
Ask ten riders what they would pack for a six day adventure ride and you will get ten different answers. Heck…bikers cannot even agree on what the main essentials are! So I decided to use my own common sense (which may not be so common after all) and figured out my own little packing list.
